1.How long is EARROW company in outboards industry?
Our Earrow outboards factory started from 2012, for past two years, we mainly focus on product R&D and product endurable testing; We also have separate production line for producing most die casting & plastic parts for outboards,

Half hour for testing before packaging.
6.The spare parts are made by yourself or purchased?
Some key parts import from Taiwan and Japan,
all other plastic & aluminum parts (such as bottom cover, lower unit case, propeller, crankcase etc. are made by our own plant, assure our spare parts quality control and delivery time.
7.How about Warranty?
Warranty for commercial use is 1 year;
Over 50 units, we supply 1% free wearing spare parts to distributor, to support their after-sale service.
8.Production Time:
15 workdays after order confirm.
Normally each type we have more than 150pcs stocks. If your order we have stocks, no need production time.
9.How about the payment term?
Western union, T/T, MoneyGram
Sample order, 100% T/T advanced payment before deliver.
Container order: 30% deposit + 70% balance pay before shipping when the outboards had prepared.
10.What's MOQ? and how to arrange shipping?
1 pc outboard motor testing order, Delivery by TNT or DHL Economy delivery. 5-7 days arriving, Door to Door delivery.
3pcs outboard motors, Shipping by sea.
