When it comes to spare parts, we source key components from reputable suppliers in Taiwan and Japan. However, all other plastic and aluminum parts, including the bottom cover, lower unit case, propeller, and crankcase, are manufactured in our own plant, allowing us to maintain strict quality control and delivery timelines.
We offer a 1-year warranty for commercial use, and for orders exceeding 50 units, we provide 1% free wearing spare parts to support our distributors' after-sale service.
With a production time of 20 workdays after order confirmation, we strive to deliver our products promptly.
We accept various payment methods, including Western Union, T/T, and MoneyGram. For sample orders, we require 100% T/T advanced payment before delivery. For container orders, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% balance to be paid before shipping.
Our minimum order quantity is 1 pc for testing purposes, and we offer convenient delivery options such as *** or DHL economy delivery for quick and reliable service. For larger orders of 3pcs or more, we arrange shipping by sea LCL.
