Before packaging and shipment, each engine undergoes a thorough half-hour testing process to guarantee optimal performance.
While some key parts are sourced from Taiwan and Japan, all other plastic and aluminum parts, including the bottom cover, lower unit case, propeller, and crankcase, are manufactured in our own plant. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
We offer a 1-year warranty for commercial use. Additionally, for orders of over 50 units, we provide 1% free wearing spare parts to distributors, supporting their after-sale service.
Our production time is 20 workdays after order confirmation.
We accept various payment methods including Western Union, T/T, and MoneyGram. For sample orders, we require 100% T/T advanced payment before delivery. For container orders, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% balance to be paid before shipping once the outboards are prepared.
Our minimum order quantity is 1 pc for testing purposes, which can be delivered by *** or DHL economy delivery within 5-8 days. For orders of 3 pcs or more, shipping is arranged by sea LCL.
