1. How long has EARROW been in the outboards industry?

Earrow Outboards Factory was established in 2012. Over the past two years, we have focused on product research and development, as well as rigorous testing to ensure durability. We have a dedicated production line for manufacturing most die casting and plastic parts for our outboards.

2. Where do we have customers?

3. What is our production capacity?

We have the ability to produce 2000PCS each month and 25000pcs per year.

4. What kind of certificates do we have?

We are ISO9001/CE Certified and SGS approved.

5. How long do we test each engine before packing and shipment?

Each engine undergoes a half-hour testing process before packaging.

6. Are the spare parts made by ourselves or purchased?

While some key parts are imported from Taiwan and Japan, all other plastic and aluminum parts, such as bottom cover, lower unit case, propeller, crankcase, etc., are made in our own plant. This ensures quality control and timely delivery of our spare parts.

7. What is the warranty?

We offer a 1-year warranty for commercial use. For orders over 50 units, we provide 1% free wearing spare parts to distributors to support their after-sale service.

8. What is the production time?

Normally, the production time is 15 workdays after order confirmation. However, if we have stocks of the requested type, there is no need for additional production time. We usually maintain more than 150pcs of each type in stock.

9. What are the payment terms?

We accept Western Union, T/T, and MoneyGram as payment methods. For sample orders, we require 100% T/T advanced payment before delivery. For container orders, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% balance to be paid before shipping once the outboards are prepared.

10. What is the MOQ and how is shipping arranged?

For a single outboard motor testing order, we offer delivery by *** or DHL Economy, with an estimated arrival time of 5-7 days for door-to-door delivery. For orders of 3 or more outboard motors, shipping is arranged by sea.

11. How do we ensure a long-term and good relationship with our customers?
